Buggy Tours are back! Originally I ran these tours in 2015 following the birth of my son in Autumn 2014 and have done them when time and childcare arrangements allowed since but with lots of you having been couped up due to Covid I thought now would be a good time to bring themout of retirement.   These are short, accessible walks aimed at new parents who want to enjoy the fresh air, meet other parents and keep the brain matter active too. I’m a qualified Blue Badge Tourist Guide and a Mum and am keen to share my passion for Liverpool City Region with you.

Here is a link to my event page where you can see what’s coming up and book tickets. Might be a nice thing to bring a partner or parent for a trip out too  – discounts available for additional adults.

After an hour’s tour we end up at a location close to a cafe and baby change facilities so that people can see to baby’s needs at the end, and optionally stay and get some refreshments and chat to other parents too.

Who is it aimed at?
Parents and carers with babies in buggies or slings. No lower age limit and no specific upper age limit, you know your child and whether they are generally content to be in a buggy for an hour or so. A bit of noise is no problem. I generally say it’s ideal for pre-walkers and the older the child the more snacks you need!

We will be outside and maintaining appropriate distance from each other, masks therefore are not mandatory but you can wear one if you feel more comfortable and if you stay to go in a cafe at the end you’ll need one and we’ll stick to tables of no more than 6 together.
